Review Board Members

Spencer Riley

Spencer qualified as a teacher in 2003. He has worked in all of the stages of the English school system, teaching history and maths to secondary-aged children and STEM enrichment activities to gifted and talented primary-aged learners. He supported his lessons and those of other teachers through his website, full of interactive games and manipulatives he coded.

Andrew Buck

Andrew is currently Head of Faculty at Kempston Challenger Academy and has over 24 years teaching experience having taught Product Design, ICT, Maths and Physical Education. He is a Lead Practitioner in Design & Technology and a Grade 1 Ofsted teacher.

Lucy Rome

Lucy is an entrepreneur, a mum of three young girls and life-long teacher and learner. Having previously worked in advertising and digital sales for Times Newspapers and News Corp., Lucy's journey through teaching to company founder was inspired and informed by her own learning challenges.

Ciaran Walsh

Ciaran is currently the Regional Director of Education and was the Head Teacher of an SEN primary school specialising in autism. He has been teaching for almost 16 years in both specialist and mainstream provision.

Adam Lancaster

Adam Lancaster is an assistant headteacher in Hertfordshire as well as literacy and reading specialist. Adam has previously worked as an advisor to schools in Hertfordshire and London and currently travels the country giving insets and providing advisory services for schools around literacy and reading.
