Mario Kart Tour is another fun Mario game where players are tasked with racing to beat their rivals to the finish line using drifts and items to gain an edge. You can setup custom races with friends or nearby players, although those won't impact progress on a grade that ranks you against other Mario Kart Tour players from around the world. Nintendo has also included Grand Prix cups that offer a collection of tracks to race through. The hugely popular Mario Kart franchise -- in which players cast themselves as characters from throughout the Mario universe to drive on various tracks -- consists of racing games.

You play as Dr. Mario, Dr. Bowser, or Dr. Peach, depending on your choice, and have to work your way through a series of levels that involve destroying viruses. There are dozens upon dozens of stages to play through, each with their own unique challenge. Things start off incredibly easy, and quickly ramp up once iced-over viruses and other elements are involved.

Lego Super Mario is a running and jumping game you play in the real world with an electronic Mario toy. A series of Lego sets provide special bricks that the Mario toy can detect. The timer starts as you move the toy through the level and trigger different collectables or traverse special sections with power bricks and stomp on enemies. Once you have built your levels you can challenge the family to play through them and record your best times on the Lego Super Mario app on iOS and Android.
