OfficeSuite is probably the most mature, good-looking, and easy-to-use Office suite available for Android. It borrows a bit from some of the familiar Android elements that you’ll find in other tools but when it’s time to get down to business and start working, you’ll find an interface that looks and feels similar to productivity suites on the desktop.

If you're new to the Chromebook, the first thing you're probably wondering is whether there's a replacement for Microsoft Office on the platform. The truth is that there isn’t. There are official Microsoft apps available in the Chrome web store and Play Store, as well as Office 365 online with a monthly subscription. But it’s not entirely the same as using the Office suite on a traditional desktop operating system.
There is an Android app you can pay into, however, if you’re not particularly interested in the $9.99 monthly subscription price (or $99 annually) for Office 365, and you desperately require compatibility with its proprietary files. The MobiSystems' OfficeSuite Pro + PDF costs $30 (after in-app purchases) for full compatibility with all of Office's filetypes. You can even download the fonts to your device for an additional fee. It works with Apple iWork files, as well as PDF, TXT, RTF, ZIP, and OCR files.
The only drawback of OfficeSuite Pro is that even after paying all that money, it continually blares pop-up windows advertising other MobiSystems apps. If you don't think that will annoy you too much, it's worth it to get on a level playing field with your Mac and PC-using colleagues.
