This free app is a selection of short animations explaining different maths topics. Many subjects are covered but if you scroll through them you will find those on Mixed and Improper Fractions.

The animations are not dynamically generated so you pick a precise question to see answered. Viewing it again will show the exact same numbers rather than picking new ones. This is a bit of a limitation but it still provides children with a useful reference tool that they can make sense of even if their reading comprehension skills are not fully developed.
