    RainbowSmart is a an app aimed at young children to help them to develop their emotional intelligence and emotional literacy skills. Aimed at children around the 3-7 year old range, the app has a range of cartoons, stories and videos that focus on areas such as problem-solving, routines like bedtimes, mindfulness and developing resilience. Users must set up an account and are given 1 week free trial of the app, after this the cost of the app is £0.99 and this gives full access for 1 week.

    Pixton is an interactive platform for creating comic book storyboards using avatars, backgrounds, text and themes to be shared within the classroom. Pixton is a popular comic maker and storyboard creator for teachers and students. The application is free and includes in-app purchases for extra themes and content. The application is free from in-app adverts and the software, we believe, is suitable for students aged 7 years and above. Pixton is accessible through any web browser and can be accessed on phones, tablets, and computers.

    Bedtime Stories - Stella Sleep is an app to help parents establish an effective bedtime routine for their kids and is full of soothing stories, music, and ambient sounds. It is distinguished from other bedtime apps by its scientific basis—its content reflects research into children's sleep. The app is suitable for kids aged up to 10 years old. Stella Stories is an exclusive iOS app at the time of this review. The app is free to download, and new users can choose to activate a free trial. After the trial, access to the app's complete library requires a subscription.

    DiaryZapp for Schools is a digital creative daily diary that helps develop positive wellbeing and mental health habits in children. This application is suitable for Primary and Middle schools including ages 5 to 11. Teachers can use the application to create classes and monitor individual daily diary entries from an easy to use teacher portal.
