    Skoove is a great piano learning app that will help students engage and learn how to play the piano. There are video lessons on the app, that help you move from basic understanding of piano, into more advanced skills. With a wide range of music, songs and exercises to study with, the app identifies where you are performing well, and what is going wrong, so that you get individual feedback. This is because the app uses your microphone and a range of inputs of keyboards to help identify what you have played correctly or incorrectly. At every step, there is a contact button to hand so that if you are stuck, you can send a simple question for a piano teacher to help you out. On the website you can also use PC’s or Macs, but on the App, you can use for iPad and iPhone. Android is not available at the current time, but this is currently being developed and released soon. It is aimed towards any student that is looking to improve their theoretical understanding, but particularly those who are completing the ABRSM exams, from Grades 1 to 5. The display is very simple to navigate and understand, and needs no further instruction. The use of the explanations are helpful, aided by diagrams where suitable, and further exercises to practise. ABRSM app is designed to give students some interactive enjoyment when improving their theoretical understanding, with instant feedback and recognition for accurate answers, without necessarily having a music theory teacher, or to aid alongside this.     This app is designed to build and develop your keyboard skills and pitch identification. It takes you through from basic songs using animals to identify notes, to developing to more difficult songs, removing colours to ensure further complexity, and then eventually removing the animal, so that the pupil can identify the note purely by where it belongs on the stave and on the keyboard. There are also flashcards in order to explain each note, and where it belongs on the stave, before moving onto the next one.
