Teacher Review

After using this easy, convenient, and colorful grading tool, you’ll happily relegate that “old fashion” paper grading calculator to the bottom of the pile. Teachers first input the number of test questions and total amount of points the test is worth into the entry area at the top of the main screen. Groovy Grader calculates the percentage points for one question incorrect, two questions incorrect, three questions incorrect, and so on. This digital slide grader comes with adjustable setting options that allow you to change the number of test questions on a given test (100s), display the number of correct answers, and number of wrong answers. You can also choose to display the grade as a whole number or to one decimal place.

How it can be used?

  • Teachers can have this app open while they grade tests or projects or homework assignments for easy grade percentage reference.
  • Teachers can use this app to show students how many points they need for an A, B, C, D, or F grades on a test.
  • Students can use Groovy Grader to help them learn percentages.

From the Developer

Do you need some peace, love and happiness in your classroom? If so you need Groovy Grader. Groovy Grader is an App designed to replace your “old school” paper grading calculator. Groovy Grader provides more flexibility, convenience and ease than other popular slide graders. It can be configured to work for 100's of questions and has the option to display the grade as a whole number or with one decimal place. Groovy Grader can show the number correct, the number wrong or both.

Groovy Grader was designed with usability as a top priority. Unlike other competing Apps, Groovy Grader can view 50 or more grades on the screen at once. It also allows you to turn off the auto-dimming screen. There's no touching to scroll for the most common grades, or to turn the screen back on.
